Best hotel / place of dancing and fun in San Francisco or Los Angeles?
My friend and I (two women 42 years) go to a conference soon. We can choose the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles or San Francisco Airport Hyatt Regency in Burlingame. We either as a fun hotel with a lounge / bar and dance, or one that have some options nearby. I love to hear from someone with experience in any of these areas or hotels. Check hotel Web sites is not much help because are essentially the ads, not documentaries. Travellers are varied online. Thanks for any help!
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency SFO once. There was no much of the area than the airport and a hotel in some others. But it offered a free shuttle to the BART station, so you could take the train to the center San Francisco, where there is much to be done. The Westin Bonaventure is located in the financial district of Los Angeles, and have easy access to transportation also. I'm not sure what is in the immediate area. But seriously, why not choose based on the quality of the conference? That is why we are going.
