What is the best way to see the Blue Mountains of Australia?
Rental cars? Public bus? Group Tour? Camp there? Hotel? Thanks!
Not sure of public buses, rental cars – probably not worth it because the park is easily accessible by local train from Sydney Central Station (unless you want some freedom to drive to different places.) group of tourists is not worth it, either as they are expensive and can easily see Blue Mountains themselves. There are hotels in Katoomba and other cities, but yes, you can camp in the national park, much cheaper and better. There are some nice bushwalks there done one of three days from Katoomba to Jenolan Caves, it was great. Do not miss out as someone who did lately ..
