good schools to go to pastry chefs, bakers?
I want to go to a culinary arts school (to examine the bakery), but I do not know What should I consider? as I plan on working in a hotel or a bakery or something (not sure yet) and then go to management then I finally I own my own small bakery. So I was wondering what schools are best? There are also brochures on the different school I can get in or register for a membership in sending things like that? thanks:)
