My favorite is the Port Orleans French Quarter. It is a modest price and small. The pool is large with a dragon water slide. There is transport by boat to Downtown Disney, which is much nicer than the bus ride. You can rent small boats right at the hotel. Boatwrights restaurant (located at Port Orleans Riverside) is about 5-10 minutes to the French Quarter and has the best breakfast of all of Disney World. You have access to all services of two hotels as Port Orleans is the only hotel on Disney property that is actually two hotels and independent accommodation. France is divided into small rooms and quiet, relatively compact, excellent coffee and impressive theming, and Riverside-nice too, but much much larger and established for the families, many of the rooms here sleep 5. Stay in the French Quarter of peace and tranquility, then walk to Riverside seating dining and more amenities. One thing to consider is that both Port Orleans hotels share the same bus during slower times of the year. This means that there are 6 stops bus en route Port Orleans. One night after leaving Epcot, we are faced with a line of more than 200 people waiting to board the bus that seemed unbearable. In favor of Disneys however, had the Port Orleans bus coming so fast in closing that he had boarded a bus after waiting in line this Monsterous, while the 15-20 people in line for another hotel next to us were still waiting for a bus to come for them, so do not let that scare bus lines.
