What would be the best way to travel from New York?
My boyfriend and I are planning our first trip to New York this year, w / in the day after Thanksgiving. I'm full of tourists and wanted to know which airport (JFK or La Guardia) to the ground and in the hotel to stay. We intend visit the Holocaust Museum, Central Park, Ground Zero, the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, etc. We just want to be able to find a hotel in the centralized and possible w / out breaking our banks and almost only a guide to NY. Any and all advice is welcomed!
In regard to airports, which depends on the airline and the price. My advice, if you do not want to take a taxi in Manhattan, the land at JFK, which has easy access to Manhattan as the subway and the Long Island Railroad. They can also land at Newark-Liberty Airport, located in New Jersey. The airport has a very good and easy access to Manhattan commuter train. Public transport in New York is very easy to use and cheaper than its getting around town by taxi. I recommend taking the subway to get to all benchmarks.
