What is your favorite small hotel in Greece?
I just returned a few days in VATHYSKIA Trikala and was excellent from the reception until we went there was nothing too much for the owner, his wife and staff.best bed, pillows, cosmetics, landscape, and the breakfast was out of this world alone I hope you never change, they offered their cars to use when ours broke down.
It's not nice discreet little hotel in Athens Nikis street called Hotel Niki. The owner is a little aloof and indifferent, but his son, who also works there is very friendly, helpful and useful. The hotel is small, in a small street one block from Syntagma Square. A block of Ermou, near Plaka, near a bookstore in the English language, close to restaurants, galleries and museums, cafes. They a computer for guests at no cost. The breakfast is decent,
