Any hotels, shopping malls, fun thing to do near Amtrak station in Portland Oregon?
Hello, how are you? I'm from California, and I am planning to visit Portland in Oregon, taking an Amtrak train in the second week of February a few days. so, I wondered, as I am new in Portland, do you know any hotels, shopping, fun activities near the Amtrak station? Second, is the nearest railway station from downtown Portland? Portland International Airport? Finally, since I'm just there to visit a few days, I am interested in visiting the state capital, which is Salem, and I would take the train, but I have no idea: (. Stick with Portland. Salem is not far and is likely to pass through it on the train ride … but Portland is the place to be. Have a fun visit. The Amtrak station is within walking distance to a lot of things and Portland has a large bus system light rail. This is a great resource to move. See for yourself.
