What should I wear to this wedding?

I am attending a wedding in San Francisco next week. The wedding is at 3 pm and the reception immediately later. Card said formal beach sandals. It is a beach wedding and reception is at a hotel. My boyfriend is the best man and will be wearing a tuxedo. Thanks! T

I say a nice sun dress also sure to have a pedicure if your use of race to the reception lops
